Refund & Replacement policy

Refunds
All sales are final due to the unique nature of our products. Please note that our products are also non-refundable.

In the case that for any reason you are unsatisfied with the quality or accuracy of your MeVidi order, please contact us to report the issue at support@MeVidi.com.

In the case that the wrong item is delivered or if the MeVidi/Gift arrives in sub-standard condition, we are happy to replace a MeVidi/Gift with the same (if possible) or a similar MeVidi/Gift if. In order to qualify for a replacement, the following conditions must be met:
– For any return: the request for replacements must occur within three days of delivery.
– We require a photo of the MeVidi/Gift taken and delivered to us via our Contact Form within three days of delivery in order to process quality refunds, replacements or store credit.

In the case of MeVidi/Gifts that have not yet been shipped, we will provide either a free replacement MeVidi/Gift or a full refund. In the case of MeVidi/Gifts that are delivered late due to a processing error by MeVidi Inc., we will provide either a replacement MeVidi/Gift or full refund if desired. For MeVidi/Gift that are delivered late due to an incorrect address, we cannot provide refunds. However, in certain situations with extenuating circumstances, we may provide a replacement MeVidi/Gift. If you would like to discuss your situation with customer service, please contact support@MeVidi.com.

From time to time, MeVidi/Gifts that are ordered may not be available due to quality or availability issues. In these rare instances, MeVidi Inc. does reserve the right to substitute a MeVidi/Gift of equal or greater value. We cannot provide refunds in these cases. We appreciate your understanding.

For MeVidi/Gifts that arrive late due to acts of god, including storms, earthquakes, hurricanes and lightning that slow down our shipping partners, we may provide a replacement MeVidi/Gift on a case by case basis; this is pending timing of delivery of the original MeVidi/Gift. If you would like to discuss a late arrival with customer service, please contact support@MeVidi.com.
